NCAA College Football Week 6 – Super Close Matchups

We’re almost half way through the 2010-11 NCAA college football season, but there’s still plenty of games to be on. In fact, Week 6 College Football Betting offers some great matchups between closely ranked teams. If you like a competitive football game, this is the weekend for you.

First up among close top 25 matchups is No. 17 Michigan State vs No. 18 Michigan, on Saturday, October 9, 2010 at 3:30 PM EST. Which team from Michigan will climb the rankings, and which team will fall? It’s anyone’s guess with this contest. In any event, winning football games means more now than anytime before: if you want a berth in the playoffs, you’d better ratchet up your game now or never.

Later in the day, No. 12 LSU takes on No. 14 Florida at 7:30 PM EST. Florida is uncharacteristically just outside the top 10, making this game against LSU a make or break chance to move up the chain. Most believe LSU will stay true to form and win this one, but don’t count Florida out just yet.

Finally, at 8:30 PM EST, No. 23 Florida State plays No. 13 Miami (FL). Like the Michigan/Michigan State game, this is another contest that features in-state rivals. Don’t let the 10 unit ranking position difference fool you: these teams should put on quite a show, so make sure your beer is cold and your couch is comfy because this game looks like a great matchup.
