North Carolina A&T Aggies Football Prop Bets

Each of our partner sportsbooks will have several game and team prop bets for the next Aggies matchup. Which team will be the first to 15, 20, or 25 points? Will the game go to overtime? Which team will score first? Which team will score last? Though serious college football bettors don’t place prop bets, these side wagers can be a fun diversion or potential way to augment your winnings if you’ve spotted a bad line.

Note that many states prohibit NCAA individual athlete prop bets. Our article contains a table listing what’s permissible in each state. Take note of what’s legal in your particular jurisdiction.

Navigate to the sportsbook's College Football page. Next, look for live or upcoming North Carolina A&T Aggies matchups. Review any North Carolina A&T Aggies futures odds.

  4. Choose your bet and place a wager.

Choose your bet and then use the funds you deposited to place a wager. The sportsbook will pay your winnings or deduct a losing wager from your account balance after the North Carolina A&T Aggies bet has been graded.

Point Spread Bets

The point spread is one of the easiest ways to bet on the Aggies. North Carolina A&T will be the favorite when their point spread line has a minus sign “-” before the number. The Aggies will be the underdog when their line has a plus sign “+” before the number.

Each side’s odds will be listed to the right of the line. Standard betting odds are -110. That means you’ll risk $110 to win $100. Note that the odds might be higher or lower than -110. The odds and line itself may also move for or against the Aggies depending on which side of the bet gets more wagers. The lines and odds will move prior to gametime as the sportsbook tries to balance its action.

Total Bets

Decide whether the sum of both teams’ final scores will be over or under the sportsbook’s total line. Over-Under total bets might seem simple at first glance, but there are a couple things to consider before you place a total bet on the next North Carolina A&T game.

Each side of the line will have its own odds. In most cases, both sides will have -110 standard odds. But there may be times when the odds differ, just like what can happen with the point spread. Over will be abbreviated as “o” and under will be abbreviated as “u”. You’ll see each side’s odds to the right of the letter.

Try to assess the ability of North Carolina A&T and their competitor to score points for the entirety of the game. Project whether the game will be a high-scoring brawl between two commanding offenses, or a deliberate, low-scoring grind ultimately determined by each team’s defensive units.

When sportsbooks believe it will be a high-scoring game, you’ll observe higher total lines and more expensive over odds. But, when they think it will be a lower-scoring game, you’ll observe lower total lines and more expensive under odds. Know that the outcome that’s less likely will be a cheaper bet than the one that’s more likely.

Moneyline Bets

The moneyline is one of the easiest bets to place and one of the first to be announced with the opening point spread. Pick either the favorite or the underdog to win outright. If you’re sure the Aggies can win, taking them on the moneyline as a big underdog will be more profitable than betting them against the spread.

Moneyline favorites have a minus sign “-” before their number. This number indicates how much you risk to win $100. If the Aggies are -225 favorites, you would risk $225 to win $100. When the Aggies are overwhelming favorites, you may see their moneyline value exceed -650.

Moneyline underdogs have a plus sign “+” before their number. This number indicates how much you win if you risk $100. Suppose North Carolina A&T is a +450 underdog. That means you would risk $100 to win $450. When the Aggies are long-shot underdogs, their moneyline might be +700 or more.

Betting a big moneyline favorite isn’t always an easy winner. Remember, you want to collect as much money as possible for the least amount of risk. That goes for whether you’re betting on North Carolina A&T or their competitor. Betting on a big favorite means you’ll tie up a large portion of your bankroll in return for a small payout. In this case, betting against the spread would be more economical.
